Costs & FAQ

Dental implant cost in Indirapuram & Ghaziabad

A single dental implant starts from ₹20,000, and the crown that sits on top starts from ₹5,500. So one missing tooth replaced start to finish begins at around ₹25,500. Below is what moves that figure, what the fee covers, and how implants compare with a bridge or a denture.

What an implant costs at our clinic

The implant and the crown are charged separately, because they are two stages of treatment months apart. Both are shown below, along with the combined figure, so nothing appears later that you were not told about.

StageStarting cost
Single dental implant

The titanium implant and its surgical placement. The crown that sits on top is charged separately.

From ₹20,000
Crown on the implant

Fitted once the implant has integrated with the bone, usually a few months after placement.

From ₹5,500
One tooth replaced, start to finish

Implant and crown together. This is the figure to plan around for a single missing tooth.

From ₹25,500

Why two figures and not one. Some clinics advertise an implant price that turns out to exclude the crown, so the cost roughly doubles by the time the tooth is finished. We would rather you saw the complete number here than discovered it at the appointment. Your written plan confirms both stages, and any grafting, before treatment begins.

What changes the price

Six things that move your implant quote

Understand these and you can compare two clinics properly, instead of comparing headline numbers that cover different things.

How many teeth you are replacing

Replacing one tooth needs one implant and one crown. Several missing teeth in a row can often be restored with two implants supporting a bridge between them, rather than one implant per tooth, which usually costs less than it first appears.

Whether your jawbone needs building up

An implant needs enough bone to hold it securely. Where a tooth has been missing for years the bone shrinks, and a graft may be needed before or during placement. This is the most common reason a quote rises above the starting figure, and we tell you at the assessment rather than mid-treatment.

Which implant system is used

Implant systems vary in cost depending on the manufacturer, the surface treatment and the range of components available for the final crown. We explain which system suits your case and why, rather than quoting a single price and leaving the choice unexplained.

The crown material you choose

The crown fitted to the implant can be metal-ceramic or full ceramic such as zirconia. Front teeth usually justify a more translucent ceramic for appearance, while back teeth prioritise strength. The material changes the crown cost, not the implant cost.

Whether the tooth still needs removing

If the damaged tooth is still in place it has to be extracted first. Sometimes an implant can be placed in the same visit, sometimes the site needs to heal first. Which applies to you depends on the infection and bone present, and it affects both cost and timeline.

Upper back teeth and the sinus

Implants in the upper back jaw sit close to the sinus cavity, and where bone height is limited a sinus lift may be needed to create room. It is a routine procedure, but it is additional treatment and is quoted separately.

What's included

What the implant fee covers

Set out before treatment begins, so you can see what is in the quote and what is not.

  • Consultation and examination with Dr. Saket Gaurav
  • Radiographic assessment of bone height and width at the implant site
  • A written treatment plan with the full cost before anything begins
  • Surgical placement of the implant under local anaesthesia
  • The healing abutment and post-operative review appointments
  • Written aftercare covering the first days and the healing months
  • Fitting and adjustment of the final crown once integration is confirmed

What happens if a gap is left alone

A missing back tooth is easy to live with, which is why gaps often go untreated for years. Over that time the teeth either side tend to drift towards the space and the opposing tooth can over-erupt, which changes how the bite meets. The jawbone under the gap also loses the chewing load it was built for and gradually reduces in volume.

None of that is an emergency, and we will not pretend otherwise. It does mean that treating a gap earlier is usually simpler than treating it later, because there is more bone to work with and less bite correction needed first.

FAQ

Dental implant questions patients ask

The questions we hear most often at the clinic and on WhatsApp, answered plainly.

How much does a dental implant cost in Indirapuram?

At Dr. Saket's Dental Makeover in Indirapuram, a single dental implant starts from ₹20,000 for the implant and its placement. The crown that sits on top starts from ₹5,500, so a single missing tooth replaced start to finish begins at around ₹25,500. Your exact figure is confirmed in writing after an examination, because bone condition and the number of teeth involved change what is needed.

Does the implant price include the crown?

No. The implant and the crown are charged separately, because they are two stages of treatment months apart and the crown material is a choice you make later. The implant starts from ₹20,000 and the crown from ₹5,500. We quote both together in your treatment plan so you know the complete figure before starting, not after.

Why are dental implants more expensive than a bridge?

An implant replaces the root of the tooth as well as the visible part, which means minor surgery, a titanium fixture, a healing period and then a custom crown. A bridge only replaces what shows, by filing down the healthy teeth either side to carry it. The implant costs more upfront, but it leaves neighbouring teeth untouched and transmits chewing force into the bone.

How long does dental implant treatment take?

Most of the time is healing rather than appointments. The implant is placed in a single visit, then left several months to integrate with the bone before the crown is fitted. Individual timelines vary with bone quality and whether grafting is needed. You are not left with a gap during this period, and we discuss temporary options at the planning stage.

Is getting a dental implant painful?

The placement is carried out under local anaesthesia, so the procedure itself is not painful. Most patients describe the days afterwards as comparable to having a tooth removed, with some swelling and tenderness managed by ordinary pain relief. We give written aftercare and a contact number, and we would rather you called than waited if something feels wrong.

Am I too old for dental implants?

Age on its own is rarely the deciding factor. What matters is general health, whether the jawbone can support an implant, and whether gum disease is under control. Conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes and habits such as smoking affect healing and are discussed openly at the assessment. Many older patients are suitable candidates.

What is a bone graft and will I need one?

A bone graft adds volume where the jawbone has shrunk, which happens naturally once a tooth has been missing for a while. It gives the implant enough bone to hold securely. Not everyone needs one, and it is only recommended after examining the bone at the implant site. Where it is needed it is quoted separately, before treatment begins.

How long do dental implants last?

Implants are designed as a long-term tooth replacement rather than a temporary fix. How long any individual implant lasts depends on oral hygiene, gum health, whether you smoke, and keeping up regular check-ups, as the gum and bone around an implant can become inflamed if neglected. We will not promise a number, because outcomes vary between patients.

Can I have all my teeth replaced with implants?

A full arch does not need one implant per tooth. A small number of implants, carefully positioned, can support a full fixed bridge for the whole jaw. This is planned case by case around your bone and bite, and it is quoted after a full assessment rather than from a price list.

What can go wrong with a dental implant?

The main risks are the implant failing to integrate with the bone, and inflammation of the gum and bone around it later, usually linked to plaque build-up or smoking. Both are far less likely with good hygiene and regular reviews. We explain the risks specific to your case at the consultation, because informed consent matters more than a reassuring sales pitch.

Do you offer implants for patients travelling from Ghaziabad and Noida?

Yes. Most of our patients travel in from across Ghaziabad, Vaishali, Vasundhara, Kaushambi, Noida and Delhi NCR. Implant treatment is spread over a few appointments with healing months in between, so we plan visits around your travel and hold evening slots where possible.

Is EMI or instalment payment available for implants?

Treatment can be staged so that costs fall across the treatment timeline rather than arriving all at once, since the implant and the crown are months apart. Please ask at your consultation what payment options currently apply to your treatment plan, and we will set it out in writing with the quote.
